Life expectancy calculations are estimates based on statistical models and should not be interpreted as medical predictions. Blood marker reference ranges are for general informational purposes and may not apply to your specific health situation. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health decisions based on any information in this app.
MortalLoom offers an optional one-time "Pro" unlock as a non-consumable In-App Purchase. This purchase is permanent and does not expire or renew. All purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.
Your use of MortalLoom is also governed by our Privacy Policy. All data is stored locally on your device and optionally in your iCloud. We do not collect, transmit, or store any personal information.
MortalLoom is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will meet your specific requirements. Health calculations, blood marker ranges, genome analysis results, and life expectancy estimates are based on publicly available research and statistical models. They may contain inaccuracies and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for health decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ShadowPuppet, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of MortalLoom. This includes, without limitation, any damages arising from health decisions made based on information provided by the app.
All content, design, code, and trademarks in MortalLoom are the property of ShadowPuppet, LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app.
You may stop using MortalLoom at any time by deleting the app. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any features at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
